Change to Haven Green 4 Year Fixed Mortgage Rate
Haven is decreasing its PDH Green 4 Year Fixed rate for Mortgages in the Republic of Ireland.
The new Green Fixed rate will be available to new and existing customers and will be effective from 09 April 2024.
Haven PDH Green Fixed Rate:

If you want to change the interest rate on your mortgage, please fill out the Home Loan Interest Rate Application Form. Get everyone on the mortgage to sign it and email it to info@havenmortgages.ie. You can also post it to the address shown on the form.

Yes, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria for the Haven Green 4 Year Fixed Rate. If you already have a fixed rate on your mortgage, this rate will remain until the expiry of that fixed rate term. If you were to move rate before the term expiry, you will need to consider that an Early Breakage Charge (ERC) may be applicable. Please contact your Mortgage Broker for further details on this.
