In order to allow you to fill out and submit your SFS electronically, we will be using a secure online electronic signature service provided by a third party DocuSign, Inc. (the "DocuSign System"). Should you choose to use the DocuSign System, both you and Haven Mortgages Limited, trading as Haven (the “Bank”) will sign this SFS by using an electronic signature (the “Signature”). The personal data contained in the SFS and the Signature, will be captured by DocuSign, Inc and shared with the Bank. DocuSign, Inc will store the SFS and the signature, for no longer than necessary. If you do not wish for your personal data and Signature to be captured, processed and stored by DocuSign, Inc please do not proceed with filling in your details.
TAKE NOTE: Should you choose to complete the SFS jointly with the other parties to the mortgage, the Bank may exchange with the other parties to the mortgage any information provided by you through the SFS, that we deem to be necessary in order to allow for the assessment of the SFS.
A separate security code will be sent to each borrower's mobile, so we can make sure your form is going to the correct person.
